User ID

Our innovative range of user ID tags, keys and key readers, cards and card readers are ideal for all points of sale for both manned and unmanned fuelling stations. 

RF ID tags are a new offering from Balvin, and are lightweight, easy to use and can be carried on a normal keyring to ensure users always have them to hand.  RF ID tags are perfect for use at unmanned and out of hours fuelling stations, for maximum security. Each individual tag is registered in-house at Balvin to ensure the best security and reliability. 

 
Our card readers are also fully functional for chip and pin and technology, for efficiency and counter-fraud, and our keys and key reader designs by Balivn offer a reliable solution to be kept with the vehicle’s keyring set, and are impressively hard-wearing and robust.

Tank Gauge

Our Miakoda tank gauges are robust, reliable and linked to a PC by a cable or RF link, and are available in mains powered or battery-powered options as required. 

Balivn offer single and duel tank gauges, with RF links, that can measure in various forms (mm and litres). The gauges are specially manufactured to provide continuous reading of tank contents during the fuelling process, and can be used for taks up to a maximum height of 4 metres.
 
Our TG software is capable of monitoring up to six tanks in a series, and provides additional extras such as: user-defined mass density factor, low fuel and re-order alarms, graphical displays of fuel volumes and fuel usage, as well as full delivery logs and reports usage. 

 
RF Features include a vast 100m line of sight, and can penetrate brick walls, aluminium doors and some buildings, but cannot penetrate steel structures. 

 
Balvin’s TG4 kit includes a TG4 or TG4-2 tank guage, plastic tubing, specific adaptors required and the TG4 software on CD. Just ask any member of staff to explain the options to you in more detail.

Vehicle Number Recognition

Balvin’s vehicle number recognition (VNR) provides vital security refuelling and forecourt awareness for national and international clients. The technology is essential for security, as well as recording and acting as a deterrent for potential thefts. It also allows efficient operation of pumps, for rapid refuelling, and can monitor traffic in and out of the forecourts at different stages. 
 
The high quality cameras offer exceptional detail and clear recording, even through dust and dirt. It can be used day and night in all weathers.
 
VNR can also auto control pumps – up to four at a time, as well as tank gauges – and can usually be connected to other brands as well as existing Balvin pumps.

Commercial Dispensers

Balvin’s range of commercial dispensers each provide accurate, reliable and  efficient pumps for different requirements. 
 
The C101D is a popular commercial pump, and has been re-designed to a more modern aesthetic. The  C101D features:

The CD1ER is also a very popular commercial pump that has been re-designed to a modern look. The features are the same as the C101D but can be used for petrol, diesels and bio fuels.
 
The IDX is a fully integrated dispenser (with fuel management, tank guage and dispenser all within one machine), and is available with a wide range of different options. It can be authorised with a Balvin key, card or RFID tag.

Commercial Fuel Management

Balvin’s fuel management technology is easy to use and requires little to no training. It is designed to provide all the information required simply by clicking the mouse on your PC. Our options are explained below, and are also viewable on our website using the link above. 
 
The GX Controller can be used in series, with additional pumps, and can be authorised using specialist Balvin ID. The GX is PC-controlled, and can be used for programming, data storage and reporting. It is reliable and accurate, as well as offering ‘real time’ information. It detects who has taken fuel, as well as enabling you to keep an eye on tank stock.
 
The FX Controller is a first generation monitor first created in 1994, to replace previous Balvin equipment. It is PC controlled, and enables easy programming, and offers accurate reporting on fuel stock, vehicle performance and more.  It is available in 8 models, and can be user ID controlled.
 
The GXE / FXE Embedded Controllers are island based and ideal for use when a cable or RF link isn’t appropriate. Data can be accessed through a GSM modem or USB stick, so the information is portable and versatile and doesn’t require a PC on-site. The controllers are programmable from a central location, and it features a tank gauge and alarm interface.

Fuel Management Software

Our innovative fuel management software enables efficient recording and reporting for both manned and unmanned forecourts, and both have different benefits. 
  
GFX is an intelligent PC-controlled software that runs on Windows, so is easy for most people to be able to use without prior training. This works with both GX and FX controllers, and provides a wealth of reports, and is fully programmable for fuel price, tank alarms and on and off times. 
  
Balvin Central Control Software (BCCS) is supplied with our GXe and FXe embedded controllers and links to controllers at multiple depots. You are able to transfer fuelling transactions from depots to head office, and it uses wireless technology. Full recording and reporting features are available, and files are easily exported between depots. A key feature is that BCCS helps acquire tank stock level information onto the fuel management system using tank gauge.

Retail Dispensers

Balvin’s retail dispensers are each designed for accuracy, durability and ease of use with intelligent design. 
 
The FD101 Series is designed to accommodate a vast temperature range (from minus 40 up to 55 degrees centigrade). Each dispenser complies with the most up to date EU standard of metered accuracy, and features a single product hose, electronic register, pressure relief valve, removable filter and four piston flow meter. It has a long service life and is available in two models.
 
The FD102 Series has a similarly wide temperature range, and also complies to the EU standard of metered accuracy but has two hoses for four vehicle fuelling. It features a backlit liquid crystal display, pressure relief valve, float chamber, high accuracy and durability, and is available in two models with an optional high hose mast.
 
The FD200 Series is a clever compact design with up to four products and eight hoses per dispenser. The excellent high host mast allows ease of fuelling from either side of the vehicle, increasing traffic efficiency. It features a backlit liquid crystal display, pressure relief valve, float chamber, high accuracy, robust magnetic proximity switch operated and available in 4 models.
 
The FD300 Series is a two product four hose dispenser that can supply up to 4 vehicles. It is ideal for a busy forecourt as it is space efficient, ergonomically designed and has high hose masts for fuelling either side. It can be self-service or attendant serviced. It comes in two models, and can offer preset in monetary amount or litres, and prints receipts.

Retail FDX Pump Controller

The FDX Pump Controller is easily installed and the software connects to a PC to control and authorise the pumps by using the mouse or keyboard. It is an essential tool for any forecourt, as is gives extensive software features with point of sale and back office benefits. It can also be supplied as a touch screen. 
 
The exact amount of fuel can be authorised by the kiosk, and the FDX can record all transactions giving accurate fuel stock.
