Enershield Air-Barrier

The Enershield Air Barrier creates an invisible barrier and is perfectly suited to sealing off open doorways in warehouse, manufacturing, refrigeration, retail and residential environments.  It is an efficient and highly more cost effective alternative to the warm air curtain which looses a substantial amount of air back out through the open doorway.  The Enershield Air Barrier works by recirculating air in a downwards laminar flow which effectively prevents the transfer of cooler air into the building but also acts as an environmental block to dust, odours and insects as well as assisting in humidity regulation.

Steril-Aire

The Steril-Aire range of solutions work in conjunction with air conditioning, heating and ventilation (HVAC) units to sterilise the air that is being directed back into the room.  HVAC coils are a breeding ground for mould and bacteria which can bring on symptoms commonly associated with allergies such as headaches, sneezing, asthma as well as flu, saars and even bacterial pneumonia. The system uses ultra violet bulbs to effectively destroy 99% of bacteria, viruses and spores therefore creating a healthier working environment through improved internal air quality where employee absenteeism is reduced.

Destratification Fans

Our range of destratification fans, manufactured by Big Ass Fans® have been designed for large spaces.  They feature an airfoil design which enables exceptionally efficient air movement via the use of a single gigantic fan, up to 7.3m in diameter, instead of many smaller ones. In winter the speed of the fan is simply lowered, which destratifies heat from the ceiling back down into the room.  As this movement is slow no draughts occur and an even temperature is achieved and maintained across the entire building.  An even temperature also allows heating systems to operate more efficiently, with the possibility of achieving up to 30% reductions in running costs.

Compressors

We are pleased to be authorised distributors of Aircom Technologies, Gardner Denver and GD Bottarini industrial single stage oil-injected rotary screw air compressors, all of which are known for their reliability and efficiency.  Units vary from as little as 3kw right up to 500kw with variable speed models being available in 10kw-25kw options.  A variable speed unit gives access to maximum energy savings as the unit runs more smoothly in situations where air capacity demands fluctuate. A choice of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper or specialist plastics is available and all installations are completed by skilled design engineers and pipe-fitters/welders.

Air Barriers

Air barriers provide an effective heat retainment solution for door openings in a wide variety of settings including warehouses, shipping and receiving departments, service bays, food preparation areas, manufacturing sites and even retail environments.  Fans within the air barrier, which is sited above the doorway, direct a stream of air downwards which in turn prevents cold air from passing through the doorway and directs warm air back into the room. Draughts are reduced thus creating an improved working environment and the unit also has the added advantage of regulating humidity levels and impeding the entry of insects and dust.

Compressed Air Dryers

We stock a range of Aircom, Domnick Hunter, Hiross and Zander industrial air dryers, which work by removing water and filtering air that has been compressed so that excessive levels of condensation do not effect sensitive equipment.  The wide selection of units available allows for differing levels of purification to be achieved depending upon your individual application.  Our range includes energy efficient zero dryers that can achieve dewpoints of less than -70°C.  These models use heat, either from electricity or steam, to dry and regenerate the dessicant bed.  Please contact us to discuss our range of compressed air dryers in more detail and for advice on which is the most suitable model for your needs.
